Hi, we’re Chris and Ali — a family-run team who love seeing people engaged, laughing and having fun.
At Mischief & Memories Photo Booths, we believe every event deserves a sprinkle of joy and a dash of mischief.
Based on the Gold Coast, we create photo booth experiences that match your style. Our booths include custom templates, fun props and a friendly attendant who keeps the energy up and the photos flowing.

We’re based on the Gold Coast and include travel across most of the region in our standard pricing. For events a little further away, we simply add a small travel fee.

A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date.
Final payment
Due 7 days before your event.
Cancellations
- Deposits non-refundable.
- > 14 days: no further charge.
- ≤ 14 days: full payment.
Setup requirements
- 3 m × 3 m space + nearby power.
- Flat, undercover location.
Photos & media
We may share images unless you opt out before the event.
Damage & behaviour
Client responsible for intentional/negligent damage.
Liability
Limited to amounts paid; not liable for events beyond control.
Parking & access
Provide reasonable parking and safe access.
Operating conditions
We may pause/stop for safety; lost time may not be refundable.

A simple step-by-step process
From first message to final photo, here is exactly what you can expect when you book a Mischief & Memories booth.
Send Through Your Details
Tell us your date, venue, start time and which package you are leaning towards. We will check availability and make sure the booth is a good fit for your event.
Lock In Your Booking
We send a quote and booking link. A small deposit secures your date and we confirm all the key details in writing so nothing gets missed.
We Design Your Booth Look
We match your invite, colours or branding for the photo layout and booth screens. You approve the design before the big day.
Event Day Fun
We arrive early to set up, run the booth for your hire time and keep guests smiling. After the event you receive a digital gallery of all the photos (and audio messages if booked).

How Booking & Payment Works
Simple, clear and upfront — no surprises.
We like to keep things simple and clear so you know exactly what to expect before, during and after your event.
Step 1
Review & Accept Your Quote
Once you receive your personalised quote, simply accept it online to move forward. This confirms your package, event details and any add-ons you’ve selected.
Step 2
Secure Your Booking
A $100 non-refundable deposit locks in your date and package. Once this is paid, your booking is confirmed and we’re officially on your team.
Step 3
Final Balance
Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We’ll send a friendly reminder so nothing sneaks up on you in the final week.
Step 4
On the Night
We arrive early to set up, run the booth for your booked time and pack down at the end. After the event you’ll receive a digital gallery of all your photos (and audio messages if you’ve booked the guest book).
We currently accept card and bank transfer.
If you’d like to chat about payment plans for weddings or larger events, mention it in your enquiry.
Afterpay is also available via Square.

What types of events do you cover?
We’re based on the Gold Coast and service weddings, birthdays, school events, formals, corporate functions, and everything in between.
What’s included in a package?
Every hire includes an attendant, themed props, custom print design, digital sharing or prints, and full setup and pack-down.
Can you customise the print design?
Yes. Send through your invite, colours, or logo and we’ll match your theme perfectly.
How much space do you need?
You’ll need a 3 m × 3 m space, one standard power outlet, and a covered setup area.
Do you travel outside the Gold Coast?
Yes. Gold Coast travel is included. Brisbane and surrounds may include a small travel fee.
How early should we book?
A $100 deposit secures your date. Popular weekends book out quickly.
What’s your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancelling 14+ days out has no extra charge. Inside 14 days, full payment may apply.
Do you share our photos online?
Only if you give permission. Just let us know if you’d prefer your gallery kept private.
What happens if something breaks?
We bring backups and check everything beforehand. Venue outages or power issues are outside our control, but we always do our best to keep things running.
